LED plexiglass letters

In this technique the letters/characters are made from aluminum bands, by placing LED modules inside the block structures. Such a character, thanks to the transparent plexiglass, shines with its front.

This is a method for the most demanding clients. The characters catch the eye both during the day as well as during the night. The sides of the letters may have a chrome/mirror surface, which additionally enhances their attractiveness.

Characteristics:

  1. Height from 10cm to 150cm.

  2. Colors: front – plexiglass (manufacturer – Setacryl) or the OPAL plexiglass with a translucent foil for backlighting; sides in RAL color.

  3. Character thickness from 6cm to 16cm.

  4. Cutting method: laser, a milling machine, an automatic bender.

  5. Installation: to be determined during the designing stage – on a board/on rails/on a grate/ directly on a wall.

  6. Very easy to maintain clean – simply wipe with a damp cloth.

  7. Example price: a 20cm letter S, 10cm thick sides (chrome), a 3mm red plexiglass front: 190 PLN net.
